The Director of Faith Formation is a practicing Catholic who faithfully upholds Church teaching and is passionate about helping parishioners encounter Christ and grow in their faith. This leader will provide vision and direction for parish faith formation, communicate effectively, foster authentic relationships, and inspire excellence across all ministries. The ideal candidate is approachable, collaborative, and committed to serving the spiritual growth of individuals and families while navigating responsibilities with integrity, transparency, and compassion.
